In September 2015, I completed the training and certification process to become a professional executive coach with Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder Centered Coaching. This approach is recognized as the most effective in developing outstanding leaders: more than 95 percent of leaders who go through the Stakeholder Centered Coaching process measurably improve their leadership effectiveness according to their stakeholders. This means that not only do leaders actually improve, but their improvement is recognized by those they work with, powerfully building their personal leadership brand equity. More than 150 of the Fortune 500 use the SCC process.
